Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general maintenance across the development

  • Complete and record scheduled safety checks (fire alarms, lighting, etc.)

  • Coordinate third-party contractors and manage permits to work

  • Perform light repairs: painting, plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical work

  • Keep communal areas and building exteriors clean and safe

  • Store and maintain tools and equipment responsibly

  • Assist with water testing, sprinkler checks, and risk assessments

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work

  • Skills across multiple trades: plumbing, carpentry, electrics, decorating

  • Understanding of building systems and health & safety standards

  • Relevant safety qualifications are a plus!

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  • Comfortable using basic IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
