We have an exciting opportunity for you to become part of our dynamic team as a Porter/Caretaker in West London! This role is your chance to be the backbone of our property, ensuring smooth operations while engaging with our wonderful community.

What You'll Do:

Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for all who enter
Mopping, hoovering, dusting, cleaning of all communal areas
Assist with daily property operations, ensuring everything is in order.
Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks to keep our space safe and functional.
Be the go-to person for residents and visitors, providing outstanding customer service.
Monitor the security of the property, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

What We're Looking For:

A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members.
Previous experience in a caretaker or similar role is a plus!
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.

Working Pattern:

Monday/Wednesday/Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday/Friday (Bin Day): 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
