University Cleaners, Temporary (3 Months) - Part Time / Various Shifts,Central London, £13.85 per hour + holiday pay, Start ASAP

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join a busy Central London university site on a temporary 3-month contract. These roles are crucial in preparing the campus for the upcoming academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

General cleaning of classrooms, lecture theatres, corridors, offices, and communal areas
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Dusting and wiping surfaces, fixtures, and fittings
Emptying and sanitising waste and recycling bins
Cleaning and restocking toilets and washroom facilities
Reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues to supervisors
Assisting with deep cleaning projects during the university closure period
Following cleaning schedules and adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

A positive, 'can-do’ attitude and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns and workloads

Shift Information:

Shifts are 4 hours per day, scheduled between:

06:00 - 10:00

08:00 - 14:00

14:00 - 18:00

Weekly hours may vary - some weeks may be up to 5 days, others as few as 1 day depending on site needs
