Here at SC Cleaning Ltd we specialise in cleaning within the Construction industry providing Builders and sparkle cleans and everything in-between.
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Construction Site Cleaner to clean plots (1 & 2 bedroom flats) ready for handover. Immediate start required. The successful candidates will be responsible for removing dust build up in plots, internal window cleaning, polishing bathroom suites, cleaning kitchens including inside units, wiping internal doors, vacuuming and mopping. This role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and remove construction debris, dust, and waste materials from the site.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and wash all floors.
- Dispose of waste and hazardous materials according to safety regulations.
- Remove tiling grout and adhesive from bathroom and kitchen tiles.
- Remove protective coverings and clean leaving everything smear-free.
- Clean all bathroom suites leaving clean and smear-free.
- Remove plaster and paint residue from windows, frames, door handles, work surfaces etc.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work alongside construction workers and site managers to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction site cleaning or general labour (CSCS card is essential).
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Awareness of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid CSCS card is essential to permit you to site.
- Must have own safety boots, all other PPE is supplied.
- Available to start work within the next 2 weeks.
Areas of Work:
- This project is based on Byron Street, London E14.
- You must make your way to and from site daily. Hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
