Opportunity for the PSV Technician
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading London bus operator for an experienced Advanced PSV / HGV Engineer (Level 3 Technician) to join their Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual looking to work with a modern fleet in a well-equipped workshop.
Responsibilities of the PSV Technician

  • Carry out inspections, servicing and repairs on public service vehicles.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults efficiently.
  • Record and update all work completed using digital maintenance systems.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.

What You’ll Need to be a PSV Technician

  • NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in HGV or PSV Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
  • IRTEC certification (training provided if not held).
  • PCV licence preferred – training can be arranged.
  • Strong technical ability, teamwork skills and safety awareness.
