I am currently recruiting for a Business Development Coordinator on behalf of a law firm based in London. This role involves providing comprehensive business development, marketing, and event support for the Private Equity & M&A and Antitrust teams, while liaising with other support teams and the Global Business Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in producing marketing and BD materials, including pitches, client alerts, newsletters, and blog posts.
  • Track key dates and deadlines for directories and awards, and help prepare submissions.
  • Maintain practice area credentials, key deals, awards, and deal reporting.
  • Gather and collate business content to support regular internal communications.
  • Maintain website information related to lawyer biographies, credentials, and other content.
  • Provide support for internal and client events, working with the Events team.
  • Conduct research tasks covering clients, competitors, and the wider market.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proactive, hands-on, and flexible attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks and work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft products, particularly PowerPoint. Interaction/InTapp and Vuture skills are advantageous but not essential.
