I have multiple Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst roles live with a Life and Pensions client of ours as part of a large Financial Crime programme.

Skills / Experience

Experience of people/org design implementation.
Excellent stakeholder management
Collaborative
Experience working on Financial Crime programmes within large organisations
Front footed & Proactive
Process Maps
Gathering and documenting business requirements related to the organisational design and implementation.
Analysing existing processes, identifying areas for of change.
