Talent Development Business Analyst - 18 month FTC - London / Portsmouth - Hybrid - 60k

Robert Half are working with a rapidly growing, market leading company who are looking to appoint a Talent Development Business Analyst to assess, refine, and seamlessly integrate existing Talent Development initiatives across the organisation with cutting-edge technology.

The Role

As a Talent Development Business Analyst, you will play a key role in assessing the credibility of current Talent Development initiatives, designing solutions to enhance and connect them, and seamlessly integrating these into the wider technology landscape. This is a business-facing role, requiring collaboration with senior stakeholders, program management expertise, and the ability to guide employees through the adoption process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessment and Integration: Evaluate existing Talent Development programs and design innovative solutions to integrate them for enhanced communication and functionality within the company's technology systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with senior leaders while managing competing interests and ensuring a cohesive program approach.
  • Program Design and Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring high quality and meeting tight deadlines while addressing risks and challenges effectively.
  • Employee Adoption: Help employees navigate the change curve, ensuring their full adoption of the program outcomes and benefits.
  • Technology Collaboration: Work closely with tech teams to ensure solutions blend seamlessly with business processes while maintaining a deep appreciation for the technologies involved.

Experience required

  • A strong background in business analysis within Talent Development.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of presenting ideas clearly and engaging all levels of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and handling conflicts effectively.
  • Expertise in planning and managing complex initiatives with tight deadlines.
  • The ability to engage diverse, international, and remote teams, driving change and adoption across the organisation.
  • A deep understanding of technology related to embedding solutions, while maintaining a business-first focus.
