They are currently in the process of undergoing a large-scale transformation, having been through some exciting changes over the last couple of years. They still maintain that family feel and are a highly collaborative and forward-thinking organisation. Your new roleA Business Change Analyst is required to join the front-office change team to focus on a specific Pricing programme. The aim of the programme is to standardise pricing across the business, and it is a multi-year, high-profile programme which is of significant importance to the organisation. The primary functions of the Business Change Analyst role will be to act as ambassadors/ change agents within the business to support the Pricing programme. The role will include leading the gathering of requirements and key documentation, capturing and assessing the business and system impacts of the proposed changes in a structured way. The roleholder will also be required to produce business requirements documentation, identify all deliverables required to achieve the business objects to enable benefits to be delivered around client processes, services, people, data and technology. The Business Change Analyst will also be required to work with front-office stakeholders to provide insights into pricing data, utilising Excel for data analysis purposes.What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong Business Analysis skills
  • Experience of producing high quality business requirements documentation
  • Workshop facilitation experience
  • Data analysis skills
  • Good Excel skills including Pivot Tables
