CONTRACT / FULLY REMOTE / £300 p/day (outside IR35)
A Global construction and infrastructure business has a requirement for a Change Analyst to join their fast growing change function. This is an exciting role for a Change Analyst to work closely with senior change leaders in a fast paced and unstructured environment with the opportunity to develop and grow into a more senior change role.
Key responsibilities:

Discovering stakeholders' challenges and expectations

Defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformational change programs

Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications

Working with the Change Lead to support development their change capability and becoming more agile businesses

Conducting Change Management Impact Analysis and developing treatment plans

Helping design and implement business processes
-
Supporting any other Change adoption activities such as Change baselining & measurement, Digital training, Communications, Change network, etc.
- German speaking skills massively advantageous
