The Opportunity:

Sanderson have partnered with a leading financial services company to secure an experienced Business Analyst who specialises in Environmental social governance (ESG)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements.
  • Designing and optimising business processes and operating models.
  • Supporting ESG workstreams across multiple business areas.
  • Leading workshops, preparing documentation, and facilitating decision-making.
  • Coordinating and supporting user acceptance testing and solution validation.
  • Engaging with third-party vendors and internal tech teams to deliver change.

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant experience as a Business or Data Analyst, ideally within Asset/Investment Management.
  • Strong knowledge of fund structures, Fixed Income, Equities, and Multi-Asset.
  • Experience working with or designing Target Operating Models.
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence across senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of both business process and technology change.
  • Excellent facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Highly analytical with a logical, structured approach to solving problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to operate independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Experienced in supporting end-to-end transformation delivery.
