FP&A Consultant

6 Month Contract

Hybrid

Our consumer health client is looking for a FP&A Consultant to join them on a 6 month contract. You will bring a strong understanding of best practice Financial management reporting systems and architecture to drive recommendations that will support the repositioning of their performance management content.

Accountabilities:

  • Working across stakeholder groups to evolve and develop our board / HET communication content
  • Review charters and content for Commercial Operation Board / Regional Monthly Performance Reviews
  • Collaborate across functions to help us unlock more detailed analysis, especially on Gross Margin
  • Review MPR content at BU and market level, identifying opportunities to standardise and optimise content and implement change journey
  • Collaborate with the team currently responsible for building the Management Reporting Stack, sharing the evolving requirement review requirements to ensure our systems architecture support them.

Experience Required:

  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups.
  • Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution to align different interests.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop and evolve board and HET communication content.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and synthesize information from various sources to provide detailed analysis.
  • Experience in reviewing and developing charters and content for boards and performance reviews.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams.
  • Understanding of best practice in management reporting systems and architecture.
