Ever helped a care-focused organisation work out what their services should cost? Do you know how to build pricing tools that others can use long after you're gone? Want to apply that know-how in a purpose-led charity supporting vulnerable people?

This charitable organisation delivers care and support services for those in need, working closely with local authorities to provide housing and help to vulnerable people. They’re now seeking an Interim Finance Business Analyst, who is a Costing and Pricing Specialist, to help them revise their internal models and ensure that the way they price their services is robust, fair, and repeatable. This will be an initial six month contract.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and improving the organisation’s costing model for support and care contracts
  • Building user-friendly pricing templates and tools that can be used by teams across the organisation
  • Ensuring pricing models reflect the true cost of delivery and are fit for long-term use
  • Providing hands-on, practical support to the finance team without getting drawn into unnecessary complexity
  • Delivering outputs that help secure better, more sustainable funding arrangements with commissioners

This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in costing and pricing where it truly matters — helping a mission-led organisation secure the income it needs to keep delivering care and housing to those who need it most. The scope is tightly focused, giving you the chance to make a clear and immediate difference.

To be considered, please meet the following criteria:

  • Extensive experience in costing and pricing within a care, housing, or local government–funded setting
  • Strong practical knowledge of how to build and implement repeatable pricing tools and templates
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both financial and operational
  • Experience in project-based or interim work where tangible deliverables were achieved
  • Available to start at short notice

If you’re ready to help this organisation bring clarity and control to their pricing, apply now for immediate consideration.
