Method Resourcing have partnered exclusively with a cutting-edge B2B fintech scale-up using AI to provide insight to an industry that has previously relied on minimal data.

Backed by a a leadership team with vast corporate experience, this start-up is scaling rapidly across Europe and is now hiring a Lead Consultant to support client delivery and product adoption across their SaaS platform.

The role:As the Lead Consultant you'll be the critical link between Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and senior leadership. You'll manage cross-functional programmes for some of Europe's leading private investors, driving platform adoption, stakeholder engagement, and complex change management. This is a strategic, client-facing role with the potential to influence both growth and future service offerings.

The experience and skills they are looking for:

  • Strong stakeholder and customer-facing programme management experience

  • Background in management consulting with exposure to SaaS or product delivery

  • Experience managing complex implementations and driving client adoption

  • Ability to spot and shape commercial opportunities through service delivery

  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of fintech or B2B data products is highly desirable

The role is paying up to £100,000 base salary and includes:

  • Flexible hybrid working (2 days a week in London)

  • Exposure to a fast-growing platform approaching Series B funding
