In this Business Process Analyst role, you will be instrumental in creating clear, scalable documentation that captures how we currently operate—both internally and with external vendors and partners. • Create detailed process maps, technical documentation, and system design diagrams that reflect business operations across multiple sites.
  • Document and define relationships and workflows involving external suppliers, partners, and vendors.
  • Develop and implement SLAs, ownership models, and escalation processes for both internal and external functions.
  • Organise and maintain documentation in SharePoint to ensure it's easily accessible and kept up to date.
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement; propose process enhancements and standardisation opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather insights and validate documentation.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by providing a clear picture of how teams interconnect and contribute to business outcomes.

Experience required from the Business Process Analyst:

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, Process Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong skills in technical documentation, system design diagrams, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining documentation in SharePoint.
  • Solid understanding of vendor and partner relationship dynamics, with experience implementing or managing SLAs.
