The Business Process Architect plays a pivotal role in transforming how the organisation operates and delivers value to its customers. In this strategic position, the successful candidate will lead the design, governance, and optimisation of end-to-end business processes across the organisation. Collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions such as Technology, Data, HR, and Strategy, they will ensure that all processes are aligned with the enterprise operating model and contribute to measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and maintaining the enterprise-wide process architecture
  • Leading process improvement initiatives and governance frameworks
  • Using data and performance metrics to drive operational excellence
  • Partnering with transformation, tech, and operational teams to align process design
