The Business Process Architect plays a pivotal role in transforming how the organisation operates and delivers value to its customers. In this strategic position, the successful candidate will lead the design, governance, and optimisation of end-to-end business processes across the organisation. Collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions such as Technology, Data, HR, and Strategy, they will ensure that all processes are aligned with the enterprise operating model and contribute to measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and maintaining the enterprise-wide process architecture
- Leading process improvement initiatives and governance frameworks
- Using data and performance metrics to drive operational excellence
- Partnering with transformation, tech, and operational teams to align process design
- Identifying automation opportunities and supporting their implementation

Profile
Business Process Architect - London
The Business Process Architect will need to have relevant experiences including:
- Proven leadership experience in large, complex organisations (commercial or not-for-profit)
- Expertise in business improvement, continuous improvement and process management
- Strong grasp of enterprise-level operating models and the role of process design
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and service delivery
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and experience in transformation programmes
