- Coordinate with process owners to embed a structured process management framework
- Facilitate cross-functional working groups to enable collaborative process improvements
- Support adoption and best practice use of process management tools, including Confluence and Runthru
- Lead annual process reviews and assist in audit preparation
- Assist in the delivery of targeted process improvement initiatives
- Promote continuous improvement across teams and departments
- Identify gaps in current process documentation and support its development
- Collaborate with the automation team to define requirements for low-code solutions
- Experience in process improvement or business analysis, within consulting and financial services
- Familiarity with process documentation methodologies (BPMN preferred)
- Strong understanding of process management tools and knowledge platforms such as Confluence
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence change
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
