Process Improvement Analyst, Financial Services  City of London / hybrid Competitive salary + excellent benefits package including bonus, private healthcare, and generous pension Process Improvement, Confluence, BPMN, Financial Services, Automation, Continuous Improvement Process Improvement / Business Excellence Analyst is required by established and highly regarded wealth management firm. They are embarking on an exciting multi-year transformation programme focused on operational excellence and digital enablement. As part of this journey, they are seeking a Process Improvement / Business Excellence Analyst to help drive process optimisation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support their strategic growth plans.  Key Responsibilities  
  • Coordinate with process owners to embed a structured process management framework
  • Facilitate cross-functional working groups to enable collaborative process improvements
  • Support adoption and best practice use of process management tools, including Confluence and Runthru
  • Lead annual process reviews and assist in audit preparation
  • Assist in the delivery of targeted process improvement initiatives
  • Promote continuous improvement across teams and departments
  • Identify gaps in current process documentation and support its development
  • Collaborate with the automation team to define requirements for low-code solutions
Key Requirements  
  • Experience in process improvement or business analysis, within consulting and financial services
  • Familiarity with process documentation methodologies (BPMN preferred)
  • Strong understanding of process management tools and knowledge platforms such as Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence change
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • A flexible and proactive mindset, committed to delivering high-quality outcomes
