My client is a well established independent property company with offices throughout London and the UK. They are now looking for a driven sales person to join their vibrant team of prfoessionals in their City office.
Key Responsibilities for the new business developmetn consultant are:• Initial Contact: Quickly and efficiently handle all new enquiries from sellers. • Qualification: Assess and qualify opportunities based on seller circumstances and requirements. • Advisory: Advise sellers on the best sales route based on their individual needs and link this to the best suited product offering. • Product Pitch: Effectively sell the different product offerings, tailoring pitches to highlight relevant benefits for each seller. • High Call Volume: Make 80-100 calls a day, ensuring every conversation is maximised for potential opportunities.
• Customer Understanding: Quickly understand and empathise with the seller's situation to provide the best possible advice and service.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential clients to nurture and convert leads.
