Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join a collaborative and high-performing team, supporting all practice areas in a prestigious international law firm based in London. This is a full-time, permanent position offering exposure to a wide range of BD and marketing activities in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business development initiatives across all practice groups

  • Assist in the preparation of pitches, proposals, and credential statements

  • Coordinate internal and external marketing campaigns

  • Maintain and update marketing materials and client data

  • Help organise events, webinars, and client hospitality

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of business development and/or marketing experience in a legal or professional services environment (essential)

  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Confident working with stakeholders at all levels

  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Interest or prior experience in internal office projects and initiatives
