Description
Having doubled in growth in 2024 they are seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Representative to act as the face of the business and drive continued growth in 2025 and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Managing relationships with existing clients to maintain and increase sales
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the retail industry and competitors
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for growth
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of our products to prospective clients
- Negotiating contracts with potential clients
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Profile
A successful Business Development Representative should have:
- Previous experience working in an Business Development focused role
- Previous experience in the FMCG or Technology space would be particularly interesting but not essential.
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable initiating conversations with prospective new clients through multiple mediums - phone, email, LinkedIn, events.
- Excellent communication skills able to effectively network and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Highly driven to succeed and able to think on their feet to react to new challenges.
Job Offer
- A competitive base salary of circa £30,000-40,000 per annum, with an OTE on top
