Job Title: Client Development Executive - Apparel
Location: Hammersmith, London (on-site)
Salary: circa £32,000 DOE + performance-related bonus + excellent benefits

A global highly successful design-led business with over 45 years of experience crafting uniforms and branded apparel for high-profile global clients in travel, hospitality, cosmetics retail, sports and luxury sectors.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a commercially minded Client Development Executive to join our close-knit team. This is a pivotal, role working in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Marketing Manager focused on business strategy generating new business, nurturing early-stage client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline — all within a fast-paced, creative environment.
The Role:
Working closely with our Head of Sales, you’ll take the lead on identifying and engaging new B2B clients within target industries such as hospitality, transport, retail, and corporate sectors. You’ll also help respond to inbound enquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate sample packs and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research new B2B sales opportunities in line with our ideal customer profile
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn and events
- Arrange and attend client meetings alongside the Head of Sales
- Support tender processes, compile product proposals, and follow up on leads
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Zoho CRM
- Strong Excel skills, responsible for preparing costing sheets, allocation schedules (tender budgets) managing critical paths.
- Respond to inbound sales enquiries and convert them into opportunities
- Prepare tailored sample packs and presentations for client meetings
- Attend occasional trade shows or events to represent the brand
- Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in apparel, uniforms, workwear, or a related creative industry
- Strong communication skills — confident speaking with senior decision-makers and brand teams
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Commercially astute with a good understanding of brand presentation and product storytelling
- Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus)
- A positive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
