Embark on an exciting journey as a BD Specialist - Europe at a large prestigious US law firm. As a key member of a dynamic BD & Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives across the European market.  Highlights of this role:
  • Collaborate with a talented and diverse team across Europe, to develop and execute strategic business development plans
  • Assist in preparing pitches, RFIs and RFPs
  • Track press and market developments
  • Contribute to the firm's marketing and thought leadership initiatives
  • Assist in the production and presentation of clients events
  • Support special projects such as overseas business development trips and client development events
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development ideally gained in a legal firm or broader professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market trends and opportunities
  • Proficient in using various marketing and sales tools, including CRM systems, to support business development initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, while also being self-motivated and proactive
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the legal or professional services industry
