Job description:

  • Prospect new clients and gather market intelligence.
  • Make outbound calls to senior executives.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to create customized sales plans.
  • Work with internal teams globally to drive the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Recruit clients for webinars and events.
  • Identify language training needs within major corporations.
  • Contribute to achieving sales and meeting goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of B2B business development experience.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Mastery of Spanish and intermediate-level English (C1).
  • Experience in education or with HR stakeholders (preferred).
  • Salesforce knowledge (preferred).
  • Strong drive and energy.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a "nothing is impossible" attitude.
  • Enjoy ownership and autonomy.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Passion for learning and language.
