Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job description:
- Prospect new clients and gather market intelligence.
- Make outbound calls to senior executives.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to create customized sales plans.
- Work with internal teams globally to drive the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Recruit clients for webinars and events.
- Identify language training needs within major corporations.
- Contribute to achieving sales and meeting goals.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of B2B business development experience.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
- Mastery of Spanish and intermediate-level English (C1).
- Experience in education or with HR stakeholders (preferred).
- Salesforce knowledge (preferred).
- Strong drive and energy.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a "nothing is impossible" attitude.
- Enjoy ownership and autonomy.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Passion for learning and language.
- Must speak Arabic and English fluently.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
