- Schedule and lead operational meetings, Influencing and assigning tasks, including to more senior team members/ managing timelines through the development and maintenance of status trackers.
- Support BDs with partner conversations and queries where needed.

- Manage relationships with multiple high stakes partners as a key contributor to drive broader partner strategy.
- Contribute to the identification, creation, negotiation, and implementation of effective business development agreements that drive results for Google (e.g., bilateral agreements, standardized MOCA templates).

- Develop rich relationships, internally and externally, offering support and direction to team members and advocating internally for partners.
- Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with partners, acting as a primary contact for a partner list.
- Guide the integration of multiple adjacent partner plan timelines, goals, and objectives.
- Actively ensure the integration of the team's activities and deliverables with other related projects or teams.
- Act as subject matter expert for managed partners and industry/vertical/market.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of relevant Google-wide processes and partner ecosystems.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders/teams to drive the best partner experience and ensure product excellence.
- Drive partner strategy, including new partner and opportunity prospecting. Conduct partner/industry research and collaborate on product strategy.
