Job Title: Appian Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Appian Lead to join our team in London. This role involves leading the design and development of Appian applications and supporting a team of developers. You'll work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of Appian applications including process models, interfaces, and integrations
Guide and support junior Appian developers
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
Support testing, deployment, and performance tuning
Troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements
Maintain technical documentation
Run workshops and break down requirements into development tasks
Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience with the Appian platform
Good knowledge of process modeling, SAIL, and system integrations
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall development methods
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in mentoring and team leadership
