Business Change Manager - London - FTC
The Business Change Manager will join our team and help deliver critical public sector transformation projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring that change is effectively planned, implemented, and embedded, supporting colleagues and stakeholders through change with empathy and clarity.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and deliver change management strategies, plans, and communications that align with public sector priorities and values.
- Assess the impact of change on processes, systems, and people, ensuring minimal disruption to essential services.
- Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from operational staff to senior leaders.
- Identify risks and barriers to change and work collaboratively to overcome them.
- Monitor change progress, capturing feedback and adapting plans as needed.
- Support training, briefing, and other readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of change.

Business Change Manager - London - FTC
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in delivering change management within the public sector or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, frameworks, and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to influence and bring people along on the change journey.
- Resilience and a proactive approach to overcome challenges.
- Business transformation or change management certifications, such as APMG Change Management, Prosci Change Management, AgilePM, or Prince2.
Job Offer

The role offers:
- Contract: FTC -20-24 months.
- Salary: £40k - £45k per annum, depending on experience.
- Hybrid Working: 3 days per week in the London office, offering further flexibility.
