Business Change Manager - London - FTC

The Business Change Manager will join our team and help deliver critical public sector transformation projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring that change is effectively planned, implemented, and embedded, supporting colleagues and stakeholders through change with empathy and clarity.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver change management strategies, plans, and communications that align with public sector priorities and values.
  • Assess the impact of change on processes, systems, and people, ensuring minimal disruption to essential services.
  • Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from operational staff to senior leaders.
  • Identify risks and barriers to change and work collaboratively to overcome them.
  • Monitor change progress, capturing feedback and adapting plans as needed.
  • Support training, briefing, and other readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of change.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, frameworks, and tools.

  • Business transformation or change management certifications, such as APMG Change Management, Prosci Change Management, AgilePM, or Prince2.
