The company:An innovative management consulting firm combining academic expertise with practical industry knowledge. With offices across Europe, they support global clients in strategic planning, operational improvements, and market intelligence through collaborative and entrepreneurial approaches.
Main duties:Support project teams by performing strategic analysis and delivering key insights that influence client decision-making.
The role:- Collaborate closely with Project Leaders and Partners to understand client challenges- Structure and perform detailed analyses and primary research to uncover actionable insights- Translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations- Present findings and contribute to team and client meetings- Engage frequently with senior executives due to a flat organisational structure- Participate actively in the firm’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, including MVP design and venture development- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and challenges- Develop technical and methodological skills, including advanced Excel and programming- Travel across Europe as needed
The candidate:- Fluency in German and English is essential- Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills- Enthusiastic about learning and entrepreneurial growth opportunities- Willingness to travel internationally- Ideally holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic record- Interest or background in strategy, consulting, or business analysis is preferred
