Role Overview: This prestigious law firm is seeking a seasoned Global Mobility Project Manager to spearhead the integration of Workday with Assignment Pro, ensuring streamlined global mobility processes and enhanced functionality. In this pivotal 12-month role, you will lead the end-to-end project, collaborating across departments to achieve seamless system integration, process optimization, and compliance with global mobility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of the Workday and Assignment Pro integration project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR, IT, and global mobility teams to capture system requirements, address concerns, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Leverage system functionalities to optimize global mobility workflows and deliver efficient solutions for international assignments management.
  • Training & User Support: Design and deliver training sessions and materials for employees and stakeholders, ensuring they can effectively utilize the integrated system.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify challenges during implementation, developing creative solutions to ensure project success.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all processes adhere to legal, tax, and immigration requirements, and provide reporting capabilities for improved data insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing global mobility programs and system integration projects.
  • Proficiency with Workday, Assignment Pro, or similar HR and mobility systems.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
