Overview:

We're seeking a strategic, insight-driven professional to lead the development, delivery, and implementation of customer insights that inform critical business decisions. This high-impact role will serve as a key business partner to cross-functional teams and play a central role in fostering a culture of evidence-based, customer-focused thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of the insight roadmap for a defined business area, aligning analytics and research with strategic goals.Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable research and analytics programmes.Coordinate cross-team insight activities to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.Develop dashboards, scorecards, and visualisations that support decision-making and performance tracking.Champion segmentation initiatives and enhance understanding of key customer metrics such as value for money.Own "the last mile" of insight: deliver knowledge in compelling formats that drive stakeholder action.Create a multi-channel communication strategy to ensure insights reach the right people at the right time.Represent the insight function in senior leadership teams and deputise for the Head of Customer Insight & Analytics when needed.Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative insight and analytics practices into the organisation.Collaborate with external research agencies to ensure best-in-class outputs.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience leading customer insight and analytics initiatives that inform high-level business decisions.Strong analytical background, ideally with a degree in a relevant field (e.g. statistics, operational research, management science).Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to translate complex data into actionable insight.Adept at working with multiple data sources and analytical tools.Skilled at stakeholder engagement across senior and cross-functional teams.Experience with segmentation, customer journey mapping, CRM, and customer value analysis.Familiarity with AI/GenAI applications in research and analytics is a plus.Comfortable managing projects end-to-end, including agency management and impact measurement.
