A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Data and Insights Strategist to join a dynamic and growing internal data function within a forward-thinking marketing agency. This role will focus on building data-driven strategies, generating insights, and providing key reporting across a variety of clients and projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement measurement plans, GTM setup, GA4 configuration, and dashboard structures.

Lead monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), generating valuable insights from data to inform client strategies.

Collaborate closely with channel teams, offering data-driven insights for SEO, paid media, and other marketing initiatives.

Act as the key voice of data strategy in client meetings, managing relationships and offering actionable insights.

Ensure high-quality reports are delivered to clients, focusing on data accuracy and strategic relevance.
Ideal Candidate:

4+ years of experience in a data-focused role, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.

Strong expertise with Google Suite (essential) and experience with reporting/dashboarding tools (Looker Studio is ideal).

Good understanding of marketing data, with exposure to paid media and SEO strategies.

Exposure to SQL/BigQuery is a nice-to-have.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively to clients.

Experience working with eCommerce and B2B clients (primarily), with some B2C exposure.
