Agreat opportunity has arisen for an Assistant branch manager - Listerto join our multi office Independent client based in Bow E3

Property Sales & Lettings Listing experience,determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company.

As a assistant branch manageryou will need to have the ability to build long term business relationships with clients and applicants, be focused and determined in working to targets and a strong team player and also be responsible for all day to day matters in the absence of the Manager.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
  • Coordinating property valuations and listings for sales & lettings
  • Effectively marketing properties toBuyers and tenants
  • Matching prospective Tenants and buyersto suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
  • Maintaining regular contact buyers, vendors clientsother relevant parties to legal move inand completion
  • Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process
  • Guiding buyers,vendors through thesales process from agreement of thesaleto legal completion
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
  • excellent administration ability and use of agency softwaresystems
  • Managing the office in the absence of the Manager

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills

  • Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
  • Experience would be an advantage but not essential

This Assistant BranchManager / Listerposition is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.Local experience is not essential.

The hours will be:
Monday to Thursday9.00amto 7.00pm Friday 9.00am
Every other Saturday. On a working Saturdaythere isa day off in the week

Salary range will be:
25.000 - 30.000Basic pa Depending on experience. 4500pa Car allowance
an OTEaround45.000 - 50.000pa
