Spanish/English speaking team assistant for international media company

C21Media, an international publishing and events business serving the global entertainment industry, is looking for a fluent Spanish and English speaking team assistant to join its London office.

 

The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative and organisational support to all areas of the Latin/Spanish division of C21Media, with a focus on production, sales and event operations.

 

 £29,000 per annum, full time, based in Shoreditch with some home working.

 

This is a demanding hybrid role in a busy team for a fluent Spanish speaking, energetic and highly organised all-rounder, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure, be able to self-motivate and work on their own initiative.

 

The role requires a diligent approach and demands excellent attention to detail, while also keeping a friendly can-do attitude to maintain relationships with key clients.

 

The role provides a supportive environment and excellent opportunity for someone keen to learn and expand their knowledge in the evolving content industry.

 

Reporting to the production manager, the job includes but is not limited to:

• Assist in maintaining accurate sales records, creating and updating sales orders in the CRM

• Liaising with clients to provide technical specifications and address queries

• Populate the Marketplace platform with various digital assets including logos, company profiles, video files

• Create, edit, and send digital campaigns

• Digital administration support - adding metadata, uploading content, creating and checking data

• Create simple web pages and update website as required

• Review website advertising, tagging and Marketplace for quality control

• Chase and check digital and print ads

• Assist with asset creation and print production

• Provide translation support to the editorial team

• Liaise with buyers to confirm and organise attendance at events

• Assist with enquiries from various stakeholders

• Assist with award entrant and jury communications

• Assist with award entries, marketing and live event preparation

• Assist with competition entries and logistics, including speed networking coordination

• Assist with collating and updating speaker and partner materials, guestlist management and fielding delegate questions

• On site event support when required
