The Role:

Reporting to the Chief of Staff & Junior PA to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities for the wider team. The role of Team Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Executive Team, Chief of Staff & CEO.
You may be supporting multiple individuals, so strong multitasking skills, adaptability to different working styles, and the ability to manage last-minute requests are essential. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Junior Personal Assistant, which may involve covering for the Executive Team during holidays and absences, as well as managing post, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking meeting rooms for the team – ensuring no double booking
  • Organising & sending meeting invites for the team
  • Greeting guests at the door and providing refreshments
  • Sorting and sending post via both Mail & Courier
  • Email filing
  • Monitoring email accounts & ensuring tasks are completed within the four-hour turnaround time
  • Monitoring multiple email accounts
  • To assist with administrative duties when holiday/sickness cover is required
  • Assisting with distributing corporate gifts
  • Assisting with team travel & accommodation
