Cobalt is working closely with an up and coming developer in the property industry to seek an Assistant Facilities Manager to join their growing team within Central London.

Due to a period of sustained success, our client now needs an Assistant FM to help the team across a portfolio of commercial assets in London. You'll be working alongside the Facilities Manager in order to deliver a first-class total FM service within these properties, giving you exposure to every aspect of a modern building management delivery.

Our client is a multi-award-winning property investment and asset management firm known for its innovative, sustainable, and hands-on approach to real estate.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Facilities Manager on-site with the overall management of the portfolio, including the management of service charge budgets.
  • Liaising with tenants/occupiers within the sites on a regular basis to ensure they are receiving the highest standards of service.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations on the sites at all times.
  • Contributing to ensure the effective maintenance of the buildings.
  • Assisting with the management of contractors to monitor their performance in line with set KPIs.

Our client is seeking a proactive individual who is looking to further enhance their career in the Facilities Management industry. This is an office bases position with occasional site visits. To carry out this role effectively, you will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and have good knowledge of health and safety regulations. An IOSH is highly desired, as is a background in working within the real estate industry previously.
