Centre Manager - London Bridge - £38,000 to £45,000 Dependant on Experience My client, a luxury serviced office firm with over six sites across Central London are seeking a dynamic and hands on Centre Manager to join their stunning offices in London Bridge to oversee the delivery of 5 star customer service to the site alongside overseeing a team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a successful firm that defies conventional corporate hierarchy by developing and entrusting responsibility to those who show passion and promise.   • Oversee site team of two client experience assistants and one cleaner
  • Conduct regular client service reviews and ensure that high service levels are being maintained.
  • Address client complaints.
  • Conduct pre-move-in and pre-move-out meetings with clients, managing associated tasks and inventories.
  • Take responsibility for revenue, budgeting, and full reviews of profit and loss (P&L) statements of the centre.
  • Oversee and manage pre-billing checks, dilapidations, and deposit returns.
  • Manage billing, debt chancing and other financials with clients.
  • Assess resources within the centre and ensure operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct audits across Health and Safety, Fire, and other Risk Assessments.
  • Review and enhance all internal operational processes.
  • Continually assess the centre and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Learn and understand the terms and conditions of client contracts.
  • Raise basic licence agreements and service agreements on our client management system requests
  • Review facilities documentation and maintain accurate record keeping.
  • Oversee FM/H&S apex tendering processes.
  • Attend regular operational meetings with staff across the portfolio.
  • Report directly to the Operations Director on site performance and operational matters. Attend viewings from an operational perspectiv

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a building management role ideally within BTR, PRS or Hospitlaity
  • Experience managing a small team would be ideal
  • Strong client relationships
  • Highly adaptable, organised and ability to prioritise
  • Problem solving capabilities and a good eye for detail

Hours: Office based Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pmSalary: £38,000 - £45,000 Dependant on Experience Benefits:
