We are looking for a proactive and energetic Contract Manager to join our Estate Services team. In this key role, you will monitor the performance of our estate cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts, ensuring that our neighbourhoods are places our residents are proud to call home.
What you'll be doing:

Managing and monitoring cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts across a portfolio of estates.

Working closely with contractors to ensure services are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.

Engaging with residents, listening to their concerns, and providing support and solutions that enhance the delivery of services.

Identifying areas for improvement and helping to design innovative solutions that continuously raise service quality.

Keeping accurate records and providing regular performance reports.

Previous experience in contract management, ideally within estate or facilities services.
