International law firm is seeking a Facilities Director to join their thriving Facilities department in London on a permanent basis.

Director of Facilities Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the management of the firm’s premises and facilities inc. lease obligations, space efficiency, cost management, and office relocations.
- Overseas travel to the firms international offices to negotiate office renewals and source new office locations.
- Strong understanding of both Real Estate Management & Procurement and Facilities Management.
- Collaborating with the CFO and local partners to develop tailored premises strategies.
- Manage a £17m budget for the London office.
- Lead a team of 26 employees.
- Overseeing both in-house and outsourced facilities service inc. catering, security, cleaning, and mechanical and electrical services.
Director of Facilities Requirements:
- Facilities Director experience gained from a law firm or professional services environment.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Management.
- People management experience.
- Comfortable with regular overseas travel.
- Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work.
- Relevant facilities management qualifications.
