A highly successful global infrastructure services company are looking for a proactive and upbeat Facilities Coordinator to support their London Office in the heart of the city of London.
Hours of work are from 8am-5.00pm. This is a fully office-based role, and we are looking for the ideal candidate to start on Friday 23rd May on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:
- Mail room duties, managing post and deliveries
- Printers, stationery & office supplies
- Food and beverage ordering
- Storeroom managing
- Access and security, escorting contractors
- Floor walks
- General administration, creating permits and Purchase orders
- General porter duties with some heavy lifting.
- Setting up/down meetings - this includes manual handing, moving chairs and tables etc.
- Reporting general office issues
- Mobile phone and sim ordering
This role is paying £15.35 p/h
