About the role:
As a Facilities Assistant, you will be the face of Ipsos, creating a welcoming and professional first impression for clients and visitors. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, reflecting our brand values of integrity, curiosity, collaboration, client-first attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit.
We have two roles available on an ad-hoc basis, one in our central London office near Tower Bridge and one in our Harrow office.
Full and part time shifts available ranging from 08:00 am to 6:00 pm, part time in London, Harrow shift ad- hoc from 09:00 to 2:00 pm Monday to Friday.
This is an office based role, you must be able to travel to the location you are applying for. Please confirm which location you are applying for.
About You:
Essential skills:
- Strong client-facing background in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and audio visual technologies.

- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day-to-day tasks.
