Facilities Manager, HNWI Residential Estate, Kensington, to £52k

We are recruiting for our client a Facilities/ Building Manager to be based at luxury, historic apartment blocks in Kensington, London. These are listed buildings with apartments mainly owned by international HNWIs.

Day to day you will manage a team of front of house/ concierge porters, cleaners and maintenance contractors ensuring that the properties are maintained to the highest of standards. With multiple split units, boilers, centralized pumps and water management systems in place, a sound knowledge of M&E technical services is required.

Applicants should have an IOSH or NEBOSH H&S qualification and minimum 3 years' experience as facilities or Building Manager, specifically within a high end residential, hotel, military or similar customer facing environment.

A salary of up to c£52k is offered with package.
