Facilities Manager, Central London (WC1 and N1), c£47k (some flexibility) plus benefits

Catch 22 are helping a client recruit a Facilities Manager to be responsible for FM services at 2 x high end, mixed use estates (residential, commercial and retail) in London WC1and N1.

The FM will manage hard and soft facilities services at multiple buildings/ terraces and will lead on projects to enhance the buildings and environment.

We are looking for an individual, ideally with some residential FM experience and strong communication skills, who can take a lead on implementing improvements to the portfolio whilst building strong relationships with residents, shop/ restaurant owners and FM service partners/ contractors.

There are approx. 125 apartments and 35 independent retail units within the WC1 portfolio and 65 apartments in N1. It is beautiful and historic part of central London with independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

A background in Facilities and Estates Management is essential, as are first class communication, customer service and project management skills.

A salary of up to £47k is offered with some flexibility and package.
