Cobalt is looking for a Facilities Manager on behalf of one of the driving forces behind the UK's property industry. Our client boasts an illustrious track record of developing and empowering their staff, ultimately allowing them to flourish in their role. You will be required to oversee a portfolio of properties in London's West End.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a client-facing role, Building trust, managing expectations, and proactively solving problems will be central to your success. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting, managing, and reconciling the service charge budget for the portfolio.
  • Overseeing and managing contractors for both hard and soft services to ensure their work is completed in line with set KPI's.
  • Building a good rapport with occupiers within the portfolio as well as the client to ensure the effective delivery of FM services.
  • Ensuring compliance across the portfolio with legal and statutory requirements.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the sites within the portfolio to ensure they are free of defects, whilst instructing repairs where necessary.

This market-leading brand is on the lookout for an established FM professional who is currently managing a portfolio of their own, and is committed to ensuring that the sites are well-maintained. An IOSH and/or NEBOSH is required for this role along with a full UK driver's license.
