Hyperion Partners is proud to be working in partnership with a leading provider of high-quality student accommodation, currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations at one of their flagship properties in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, solutions-focused professional to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of the student living experience. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the property is safe, compliant, well-maintained and delivers an exceptional living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of all hard and soft FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and waste management

  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, fire safety, and statutory building regulations

  • Lead and manage on-site maintenance and facilities staff, providing clear direction and support

  • Develop and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance programmes

  • Monitor service delivery against KPIs and SLAs, working closely with external contractors and suppliers

  • Manage facilities budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money

  • Support operational readiness for key periods such as student check-in/check-out

  • Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency across the site

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a Facilities Management role, ideally within student accommodation, hospitality, or residential property

  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance standards

  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Confident team leader with experience managing both staff and third-party contractors

  • Budget management experience and a commercially minded approach

  • FM-related qualifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM Level 4+) are highly desirable

  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
