Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Join our prestigious private medical clinic, located in the heart of Harley Street, known for delivering exceptional patient care with professionalism and discretion. We are seeking a Front of House & Facilities Coordinator to lead our reception services while overseeing the daily management of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Oversight:
- Conduct regular checks of the premises to ensure everything is in top shape.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, managing contractor visits with finesse.
- Monitor safety equipment and uphold compliance with building standards.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Lead fire safety procedures and maintain first aid readiness.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain logs to support audits for regulatory compliance.
Reception Leadership:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- Be the first point of contact for operational issues, supporting smooth daily scheduling.
Operational Support:
- Handle post, courier bookings, and stock control with efficiency.
- Provide administrative support and cover for colleagues when needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities coordination or senior front of house roles is essential.
- Strong understanding of building safety, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills - you'll be the glue that holds our front of house together!
- Confident in using IT systems, including G-Suite and scheduling tools.
