Outside of IR35 - Two days per week on site in London - Ideally have experience of Financial Services.
Must have a strong background across ITIL Service Management Disciplines.
Will need to have significant experience around Service Levels (negotiating, setting up and monitoring), Process and Service Improvement. Performance Improvement of Third Parties. Ideally have experience around ServiceNow.
Will need to hold some form of ITIL Accreditation's.
Must have outstanding Communication Skills.
