We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a West London based boutique Property Developer.

Key Details:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
  • Company vehicle provided
  • Salary: open depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general handyman tasks across the property portfolio
  • Conduct routine property inspections and identify any required maintenance or improvements
  • Manage and liaise with external contractors and service providers (e.g. plumbers, electricians, cleaners)
  • Attend and oversee scheduled service visits (e.g. boiler servicing, fire safety checks)
  • Respond promptly to emergency call outs, including out-of-hours when necessary
  • Be the first point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance issues, providing timely and professional support
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance works and service visits
  • Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards and compliance requirements in conjunction with third party consultants Requirements

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a similar maintenance or property management role
  • Broad handyman/maintenance skill set (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
  • Clean UK driving licence
