My client are looking for a Maintenance Manager with proven experience with previous experience of facilities management, hotel or in a similar quality operation. Someone with advance knowledge of building management/engineering and a qualification in an engineering field is ideal.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a team of three as well as to be responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel, performing maintenance checks, and overseeing the engineering team to deliver an excellent guests’ experience. To manage renovation projects, develop emergency programs and take on special projects as assigned.
Working hours - Currently 4 on, 4 off 12h 7am to7pm
