Salary 40k-45k (subject to experience) + Company Van + Bonus/Profit Share + Benefits

Location - South West London and West London Area

Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi-Trade Craftsman / Carpenter to join a very good client of ours within the Property Services industry.

Our client offer a 5 star service and work mainly within high-end properties, luxury homes and multi-million pound residential properties around the South West London and West London area. Working in locations such as Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Holland Park, Fulham etc.

Job Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader, with a Carpentry bias and to join our clients property maintenance side of the business.
• Responsible for repair and replacements of things like doors, locks, windows etc.
• Assist with minor electrical repairs, plumbing work, plastering, minor brickwork etc.
• You'll need to be comfortable working in a mobile position and going property to property.

Skills Required:

• You'll need to hold relevant Carpentry qualifications such as; NVQ or City and Guilds certificates.
• You'll need to have similar experience as a Multi-Trader working in domestic and residential properties, ideally in similar expensive and luxury properties.
• UK driving licence.

Salary and Package:

• 40k-45k Basic Salary, Fully Employed
• Company Van
• Profit Share
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank
• 40 hour standard working week, Monday to Friday
