Workplace & Facilities Manager (14-Month Fixed Term)

Salary: up to £65,000

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm (Fully office based, with option to work from home on a Friday every month or so)

What you will do:

You'll be responsible for the seamless operation of the UK office, leading the front-of-house and admin teams while maintaining the highest standards across facilities, health & safety, office services, and vendor management. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and takes pride in creating exceptional workspaces.

You'll bring experience managing premium offices, a proactive mindset, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with ease. From daily operations to strategic projects and budget oversight, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly - no issue too small, no project too complex.

You'll also collaborate globally, supporting the Paris and Bristol offices and ensuring consistency across the firm's footprint.

What You'll Bring:

You'll have proven experience managing high-end office environments and the confidence to lead both people and projects with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. You're a natural problem-solver, able to approach challenges with calmness, initiative, and a proactive, hands-on attitude. Vendor and budget management will be second nature to you, and you'll be comfortable working across platforms like Outlook, Asana, and Slack. A qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH would be a welcome bonus.
